Terms of Use

This website is operated by Creepermat. These terms describe the conditions that apply when using the site and placing an order. Please also review our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information when ordering. Website content is intended to help customers understand the rolling creeper mat, its use and the ordering process.

Product description and suitability

The Creepermat set consists of one low-profile rolling creeper mat and one storage bag. Repair tools are not included. The supplied dimensions are approximately 145 × 68 cm (57 × 27 inches); normal measurement variation may occur. The mat is a work surface for floor-level jobs, not a vehicle lift or jack stand.

We aim to describe the product accurately. Some site images are illustrations, and colors or appearance may vary. Wear depends on the work surface, task and frequency of use. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm material, care instructions or suitability for a particular use.

Orders, prices and payment

Orders are subject to product availability, checkout confirmation and applicable law. Prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Review the item, quantity, delivery address, price and applicable charges before submitting your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; PayPal processes PayPal transactions under its own terms.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping is free to the United States and Canada. Normal processing is 1–3 business days and estimated transit is 3–4 business days; delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Return or exchange requests may be made within 30 business days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Creepermat covers return shipping for eligible returns. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; an order that has already shipped may need to follow the return process.

Safe use

Inspect the mat before use and follow the supplied instructions. When working under a vehicle, follow the vehicle and equipment instructions, use correctly rated jack stands or an approved lift and secure the vehicle. Never work beneath a vehicle supported only by a jack. The mat does not support or stabilize a vehicle.
