Shipping Policy

This policy explains shipping for the Creepermat rolling creeper mat and storage bag set. Delivery estimates are in business days and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Where we ship and what shipping costs

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free for orders to both countries. Contact info@creepermat.store before ordering if you need to confirm delivery to a particular address.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days before they are handed to the carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Transit time: 3–4 business days

Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–4 business days. Together with processing, the usual estimate is 4–7 business days from order placement. Carrier disruptions, weather, remote destinations, customs or other circumstances may extend this estimate.

Order details and tracking

Check the delivery address and contact information at checkout. Where tracking is available, shipping information will be sent to the email address provided with the order. A carrier’s first scan may take time to appear. Contact us with your order number if you need help checking an order.

Address changes, delays or damage

If the address is incorrect or you need to change or cancel an order, email us promptly. We will explain whether a change is still possible. If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number and relevant details; photographs of damage to the mat, storage bag or packaging may help us review the issue.

Taxes and import charges

Free shipping does not necessarily include taxes, duties or other government-imposed charges. If you need clarification about charges for your destination, contact us before placing your order.
